SHIPMENTS
We can ship using Federal Express Ground.

Orders placed should ship within two business days, provided all items are in stock. If there are any questions concerning your order, you will be contacted by a customer service representative via e-mail or telephone.

PAYMENT TERMS
Credit Cards
Filmhandler Tools proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as preferred methods of payment. We do not accept debit cards except for those that function as credit cards.

C.O.D.
We will also ship under COD terms, however, there will be at least a $9.00 fee per package and the order may require a completed and approved check acceptance agreement on file before the order is shipped. There is a $30 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are accepted for international or larger-sized orders. Please call us for more details.

Net 30 Terms
The final payment option is Net 30 terms. A completed and approved credit application is required prior to shipping the order. Any balances not paid within thirty days will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge. An account that reaches 60 days past due will be placed on COD terms until the past due balance has been resolved.

* Any past due balances that fall 90 days delinquent will be referred to a collection agency, unless prior arrangements have been made.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
All orders are packed as securely as possible to reduce the risk of damage or loss of contents. Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt and notify the carrier if the package appears to be damaged or missing items. Filmhandler Tools bears no responsibility for damage caused by a freight carrier and it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with that carrier. Please retain the damaged items and packaging, as the carrier will most likely request these for claim processing. Unless requested otherwise, all orders should include an invoice packing slip to compare the quantities shipped versus physically received. Any backordered items will also be noted on the invoice.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
All Filmhandler products are guaranteed against failure through proper use, application and operation. Any defective merchandise must be reported to Filmhandler Tools within 15 DAYS for replacement at no charge. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) CODE ON THE PACKING SLIP OR WRITTEN ON THE BOX. This code will be issued after calling Filmhandler Tools. Any returns that are not defect related will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the value of the merchandise.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT…

HEAT GUNS
Heat gun manufacturers generally do not guarantee the use of these tools if utilized for commercial use. These manufacturers typically choose not to accept warranty claims on these heat guns when used in the manner associated with our industry. Filmhandler Tools will accept returns on heat guns purchased from our company if they are found to be defective upon delivery and inspection. If a heat gun ordered from Filmhandler Tools is not functional at the time of delivery and after first inspection please contact a Filmhandler Tools customer service representative immediately to arrange a return for replacement. Heat guns that have been in service and fail to perform will not be covered under the Filmhandler warranty.

PRODUCT COLORS
Manufacturing dyes and methods do not always offer consistent color consistency, creating varying color ranges for our squeegees, spray bottles and possibly other products. Please be aware that although colors may vary, our product quality and performance remains high!

PRODUCT SAFETY
Filmhandler Tools adheres to all safety regulations. For that reason, our website identifies certain chemicals and cleaners as being shipped only by air. Ordering these stipulated products will limit your shipping options to only ship or ground.
